Been studying this for the last decade. I recommend Hold Me Tight and Love Sense as great books intro into this. Great for humans who are parenting children too.

The fact that these can be mostly determined by your parents is pretty wild
I didn't read the article you shared... But yes I feel it is so crucial for parents to address and heal their attachment wounding so that their kids don't have to spend decades reparenting themselves as well. We now have the tools support and resources that our parents didn't. Raising children on the Bitcoin NOSTR standard includes THIS too massively.
