How about government issued devices for children? That way we can be sure they are safe as everything will be approved and monitored by our benevolent state.

I think we are going to have to go for the ankle monitor while we wait for the brain implants to be ready.
Unfortunately some students have been installing a different lunux distribution on their Chromebooks so that is not sufficient for our needs.
