So I took the liberty of looking at what issues you could be having by searching that lightning address, and it appears you have no wallet connected to that Alby Account? The Alby Account gives you a free lightning address (and other perks). But you need to have a wallet linked to it. You can either any NWC wallet, or you can link an Alby Hub (our new wallet).
