Made ตะโก้เผือก (Tako Pueak) last night—sweet taro pudding with creamy, salty coconut on top. I even folded a few pandan leaf cups to keep it traditional… but then the power went out 😅 Had to finish everything up in the dark, with just a few pandan boats — the rest had to be piled up. Not the prettiest batch, but they turned out delicious. #foodstr #siamstr
