i would do 1 mile as something like 15-20 units. a mile of walking is definitely worth more than 1 body weight rep. and maybe do 1 minute of planking as like 3-5 units. you dont wanna under value them compared to a pushup and then not do them because pushups or crunches are easier. if you have somewhere to do them, dips and pullups are both amazing. you might need some help for pullups, if no person, you can use a stool. and just barely push up with your legs. same with calf raises and body weight squats. you can add resistance bands or weights to any body weight excersize to make them harder as you improve or even just to make them equivalent in effort expended to each other.
