I see them in my notifications but not in the app.

Noticing that too. Not sure if theres a bug or not. Have you logged in with multiple accounts?

Does it have something to do with the relays I have configured? 
If you mean that you can't see your reply when you post it, I have the same but don't worry the replies are there ( probably for security )
No, other people replying to my posts. They show up in notifications but nowhere in-app.
