I was too, about 15 years ago. I ditched all added sugar, soft drinks, lolies, anything with it in and I stopped adding it myself.
I must admit, chocolate is the only thing I'll have, but very rarely.

Cool. Thanks. I’ll check it out. I started to make my own “chocolate“ with coconut oil, cacao powder 100%, raisins, milk powder and nuts.
It’s actually good.
