People do not join movements because of the tech. They join because it feels good to be there. Tech is the pipes, but the culture is the pull.
Most people don’t care about Bitcoin’s code. They care about what it represents. Same with Nostr. The protocol is cool, but the reason people stay is the vibe, the friendships, the sense that your contributions actually matter.
If we want more people zapping and building, we do not lead with features, we lead with meaning. Create a place where someone shows up and thinks, “Yeah, I want to be part of this.”
