Eat quality animal foods and fruit, be mindful of your circadian rhythm, screen time and social life. Do not do any excessive fasting. That for starters.

What would you define as excessive fasting?
Probably anything over 10 hours and ignoring your hunger. Problem is the hunger signal can be easily messed up in a bad metabolic state
