I think it comes down to which one protects the other.
I think having Bitcoin allows me more freedom of speech, cause they can't shut down or seize my finances.
Vs freedom of speech doesn't guarantee the speech will be acknowledged and protect your property.

Tho porperty, even perfect private property, does nothing to preserve your speech. You can still be politically targeted for whistleblowing and have your assets seized in the trial.
Doesn't sound like a lot of property rights.
And if it has to go through a court, it's not very scalable is it? Just turns into the UK.
