Nostr is a protocol. This means there are hundreds, if not more nostr apps. Nostrability tracks interoperability between nostr apps (or lack thereof). The NUTZAP matrix is an incomplete start to tracking which nostr apps support nut/cashu zaps. In other words, it is an invitation to experiment with zaps and cashu. On nostr, anyone can be Anthony Bourdain and explore nuts, zaps, and other parts & stuff unknown.
