I'll pass on voluntarily sending Bitcoin to anyone who says they may seize it and not give me what they're selling based on the history of the UTXO.

kyc is the trap. once they link your id to a utxo, you're compromised. coinjoin before cold storage and stick to p2p. 1 btc = 1 btc only works if the utxo is private.
Central banks and governments will stop at nothing to control your wealth, Bitcoin is their kryptonite, don't give it up to their puppets like Janet Yellen.
