They either leave or get coerced into paying their nostr bitcoin rent eg making bitcointwitter style slop posts, slogans, attaching bitcoin to their content as the novelty wears off. If they don't leave that is. Musicians shoehorn bitcoin (or Nostr meta) gimmicks into songs, painters paint the bitcoin slop, anglers say 'stack fish' etc etc lol. And then theyve become the bitcoin org or they leave. Nostr is a machine that turns everything into bitcointwitter. The posting meta is too strong. For now at least.
