I've been seed oil free for over 2 years.
I don't indulge by choice or to social pressure.
Resetting the cycle of cleansing your system isn't worth it.

Damn that’s inspiring. It making going out to eat at restaurants very very challenging
If out to eat I just order the biggest steak they have. When the meals comes out, mine is always the best one of the group.
