@Derek Ross convincing me that vibe coding is actually a good thing. I really liked his idea that early on the web expectations were lower so more people could build, now vibing makes building more accessible again 🤔

Comparing vibe coding to wild west web dev is basically admitting that you're yeeting insecure, unmaintainable code to production.
It is fantastic. Sure, plenty of issues as any tool. The point is amplifying your ideas to quickly iterate and see them in action.
In one day it can produce a prototype that would take a team of 5 people and a month, excluding the next iterations after that.
