Sometimes you just gotta remember you're a primate on a rock hurtling at 67,000 mph (lol 6,7) around a nuclear fusion reacting ball of gas in a universe where things are all similarly flying around chaotically, often colliding violently thanks to gravity and their existing momentum left over from the giant explosion that created the universe in the first place. Of COURSE there's violence and destruction -- there has been since literally the first instant. But there's also things of great wonder -- also been with us since the beginning. As far as the universe is concerned it's all the same anyway. And if you're ever overwhelmed by it, it helps to remember that as far as broader time goes, you're just here for a blink anyway.
