What’s the best Bitcoin hardware wallet for tracking multiple accounts/addresses with good UX as I stack sats for my daughter?
I’ve been so used to stacking for myself/family as a single account/balance but want to separately track hers to hand it off one day.

How old is your daughter?
I have a hot wallet for my kids… technically they’re just labeled for them but idk how it works taxes/gift wise down the road. I’d rather not think about it
Like baby just starting to get money for birthday so tracking her own money
hardware wallet and the software you use are not directly linked, sure most manufacturers have their own software suite but nothing prevents you from using something like Sparrow (which should be great for your use case)
Jade is a good choice.

It will derive her seed from your seed (one way, not able to derive the parent seed from the child seed), so you will always have her’s backed up if you have yours backed up. Then track and watch each wallet with nostr:nprofile1qqstu7jjjx6n969erredexq539y2x0f7pks80zxhg9hh8dx8298s3esprfmhxue69uhkummnw3ezummjv9hxwetsd9kxctnyv4mqz9rhwden5te0wfjkccte9ejxzmt4wvhxjmc8le99z's Sparrow desktop. Secure the signing device and then you can pull receive UTXOs directly from Sparrow with your keys safely stored offline.
Cold Card Q. I assume you plan to give it to her on her 18th birthday or something. I figured you can teach her how to use it and it's easy to track multiple accounts on Nunchuck wallet.
I would also use this for lightning.

Does your hardware wallet have BIP85 feature?
If yes, you can generate a child seed from your master seed and still keep it air gapped & use it for daughter’s btc cold storage
Hey Trey, I actually think Trezor is good for this use case. Im not in the habit of reccomending stuff, there are things I don't like about Trezor, but they're still a solid choice. I used to be only on Trezors, but I've come to really like Coldcard. With a few caveats, Trezor is nice for holding multiple wallet accounts and keeping track of them. Check out the screenshot, i just generated a few example wallets.

For tracking, with good UX : Sparrow
Hardware wallet to securely store the private key and sign : either Coldcard or Keystone
