🇫🇷 FLASH | The courts have ruled in favor of whistleblower Yann Gaudin, who was accused of illegally practicing law. A Pôle Emploi advisor for 15 years, he had helped "aggrieved" individuals recover ~€200,000 in unpaid benefits and was subsequently dismissed for serious misconduct.
He claims that this procedure is "persecution" by France Travail but that he is not "the enemy of the establishment and all the people who work there." Today, he continues his work and "advises many unhappy people."
