A flight school in Minnesota, the Pan Am Academy, alerts the FBI that some students who took classes on immigrant visas have been asking “suspicious questions” about low-altitude, high-velocity flight. One student, Zacarias Moussaoui, keeps asking how to fly a plane, but insists that he doesn’t need to know how to take off and land. Moussaoui is arrested. image
TREZOR ON X We have some difficult news to share. Unfortunately, one of our shipping providers has experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive order data. This affects new customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026. The data exposed: - Full names - Shipping addresses - Phone numbers - Email addresses The incident affects 11,742 customers with full exposure (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and 1,947 customers with partial exposure (name, city, email). The breach is limited due to Trezor’s strict 90-day data storage policy (we were also able to negotiate the same terms with fulfillment partners, who follow the same policy). All affected customers have been contacted separately by email. Our systems and devices remain secure, but affected customers could experience an increase in phishing attempts. NEVER enter your wallet backup on a website or share it with anyone, and only check for updates on official Trezor channels. We are deeply sorry to the community and those affected. We are investigating this situation and will post updates on our blog image

🚨 BlackRock has reduced the minimum amount for converting Bitcoin into shares of its iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) to $1 million, down from $25 million previously. Robbie Mitchnick, head of digital assets at BlackRock, stated that the company hopes to lower this threshold further over time, making the mechanism accessible for transactions of any size. image
💬 “Bitcoin is the anti-gold. The higher gold rises, the lower Bitcoin will fall.” Peter Schiff remains true to his anti-Bitcoin stance and believes that the decline in BTC should continue, while gold and silver could rise. According to him, recent market dynamics confirm his theory: “When gold began its rally, Bitcoin fell. When gold corrected, Bitcoin rebounded. Now that gold is rising again, BTC is starting to fall again.” image

Do you remember the first time you truly started your journey on the Internet? I’m not talking about the first time you opened Facebook, created a Gmail account, or watched a YouTube video. I’m talking about the first time you thought: “What if I could create something on the Internet too?” At first, you don’t really know where you’re going. You post with barely any views. You write without knowing if anyone will read it. You learn by making mistakes. You try, you fail, and you try again. Sometimes, you spend hours working on something that gets only a few likes. And yet, you keep going. With time, you learn. You discover new people. New communities. New opportunities. New ways to communicate and share your ideas. And most importantly, you realize that the Internet can be much more than a place where we consume content. The Internet can become a place where we build something. A skill. A reputation. A community. A project. A career. A mission. When I look at my own journey today, I realize that so many things started simply with curiosity. I didn’t know exactly where it would lead me. I just knew that I wanted to learn, create, and try. And somewhere along the way, I discovered Bitcoin. Then Nostr. And another way of looking at the Internet. An Internet where we can have more control over our identity, our ideas, our value, and our interactions with others. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout these years, it’s this: Never underestimate your beginnings. The account with 10 followers. The post with 3 likes. The first project that didn’t work. The first client who never came back. The people who didn’t believe in you. All of it is part of the story. Because one day, you’ll look back and realize that you were simply building, little by little, the person you eventually became. So today, I want to ask you: Do you remember your first real adventure on the Internet? What were you doing back then? And if you could talk to the person you were at that time, what would you tell them? I’d love to read your stories. 🫂
✅ Sometimes it’s when you’re almost there that you feel the most exhausted and want to give up. 💔 Not because you lack faith, but because you’ve been holding on for so long you’ve already pushed past your limits. 🤦 Right now, only God can help you.
A little absent and for good reason. I'll be back soon and before that I wish you a good weekend.
