Modern honey is just sugar, because they're feeding bees syrup. We have to look for pollen in the jar to suss out industrial honey.

I dont buy honey in the big shops. All my honey is locally produced from my neighbours. We here in Ghana have a lot of beautiful organic foods... Honey is natural here... ✨️
