Every neighborhood has one of these types... the woman a few houses down from me... a few highlights: a few years ago she called the cops on the church across the way for playing music too loud on a Sunday... now they have to send everyone Starbucks cards every summer to say sorry for the noise...wtf. She also "suggested" I move my trailer from the road directly in front of my house when one of my bands stopped by for a night while on tour. They were there from 2am to 10am and I got a text within that time...
