It would seem Hamas should have surrendered quite a while ago... But being the dictators they are, they didn't. They are to blame for what happened to Gaza. Just think of how many years Israel has had to deal with murderous hate on their border?

Maybe because they've been occupied for 70+ years, continually denied a state, and occassionally bombed every so often? Look up the blockade they had on Gaza since 2006. Even pasta, wedding dresses, soccer balls and paper were banned at one point. I don't see how you can blame Hamas for the destruction of Gaza when they didn't drop the bombs to flatten Gaza...

Doesn't the fact you've been 'occupied' for 70 years say something about your original intent of having a State? I admit I'm not up at all on the long term history of the area.
