it may be just you and a few if you are asking for suggestions to no longer feel that way: may stop drinking carbonated drinks if you do that may wear a weighted belt for extra gravity feeling which may be comforting and grounding also, make sure you are getting enough sleep but not too much, as in, dont oversleep good luck to you getting out if you dont like limbo if you do, ignore suggestions and enjoy

Not at the moment. I try not to focus too much on achieving the goals, they are just there to show me I'm heading in the right direction (my values). If goals aren't getting ticked, then either I need to check if they can be broken into small pieces, or confirm they are on the right path.
