America is clearly worried they won't be able to profit off of this giant data center build out they've been doing. It is of my opinion this has nothing to do with safety.

I think that's true. I usually lean toward my well being not being on the list of concerns.
The data center build out is the biggest infrastructure project nobody talks about. AI needs compute. Compute needs energy. Energy needs control. The concern isn't safety. It's who gets to meter the access.
