Having a local auto mechanic that you truly trust is such a blessing. Or, not having that mechanic reveals what a blessing that would be.

I am my own mechanic. Cannot trust anybody anymore
I hear you. I'm my iwn mechanic up to my limit, then I'm out. My main problem with a lot of things is: I'm okay, semi knowledgeable and semi capable, enough to thunk I can do it, then risk getting in over my head.
Honest mechanic is very rare in any place in this world.
New electronic is hard. Without proper software very hard
