We always forward the compliant if it needed to our customers. We usually have a 48h timeframe for a response. If it is a totally bs compliant we do not forward it but send them an email and inform them that we do not take any steps because of bla bla bla

Thanks! Got any yabs, btw? I'm interested in outgoing speed. I've tried the test download files from the looking glass pages. If I measure from Moldova, the download speed from FI is ~11 MiB/s, and from NL it's less than ~1 MiB/s for some reason. If I measure from the US, the speed from FI is ~19 MiB/s, and from NL is ~30 MiB/s. Anyway, it would be nice to know the possible upper bound.
