I'm going to have to try this, I've always been too chicken to try making it.
I love making "fried" chicken, smear some mayo on chicken and press panko bread crumbs on and bake it. The potato chip chicken that was all the rage a few years back was mayo with crushed potato chips.

Try it, its not hard. Sometimes it takes longer to mix, but just keep mixing and it will come together.
I love that it's just one egg. I'm really the only one that uses it.
Yeah, and most of the time i double our recipe, cause we eat more mayo than most people.
I'm thinking I may be able to convince my guys to eat my favorite pasta salad if I'm making the mayo that goes in to it 🤞

Unlikely. Maybe if you cook the pasta, then while it's hot, add cheese and tomato sauce instead of the mayo.

Never have liked it. The taste is meh and it makes everything slimy. I can tolerate the dipping sauce kind of stuff nowadays, though.
