I agree with your stance. You can only hold the territory you can indeed defend. Monero is in a much better losiitiom to be defended. Combine it with Reticulum and you created something outside the reach of states.

yes, the messaging of Monero has been top tier, focused on practical matters of fungibility for legitimate small vendors and not anti-surveillance. There’s a reason the feds have not chosen them as the first target for law fare. Potentially Sterlingov’s case law might also be applied to Monero though!
