I think I messed up a setting on my "home" screen here on NOSTR. Can someone help me know how to sync things between my phone App and Primal/Iris?

Background info...
I recently changed computers and (most of) the group of people I used to see posting in the mornings are not showing up on my PC. I still see them on the App on my phone.
