I would guess weeks. einks are super efficient.
It's not really longer than a normal phone imo. I think they skimped on the battery. Maybe it is better when using the Regal mode (which only updates the eink screen at a slow pace)

Battery life is amazing but only when it's rarely connected to WiFi and Bluetooth so you won't get anywhere close to a week with phone like usage.
I've had 6 days with decent use on non connected and only a day and a half with WiFi
