The constitution was killed a long time ago

In my eyes the country died with the PATRIOT Act. It was on its last leg following the 1965 immigration act, dissolving of the gold standard in 1971 and others. Now we just have a rotting corpse and it's really starting to stink. We gotta bring it back to life.
