“SW devs pled to the unlicensed money transmission conspiracy, in exchange for dropping the money laundering conspiracy. Keone, who was required by the judge to state his criminal conduct in his own words, gave a careful allocution that accurately stated that it was the SW users, and not the software, that “transmitted funds.” This appears to imply that the *only* reason for SW users breaking the historical links between transactions is money laundering, rather than simply good for privacy. That’s not good for anyone who used the service for legitimate, legal reasons. The prosecutor is trying to put taint on coinjoins.

Of course not. But Bitcoiner still think Monero is a shitcoin and Bitcoin is private enough. Take this as a warning. Speech is now a crime. You want to protect your real identity at all costs. Ramp up your opsec. And in god's name get your hatred for Monero sorted and use the fucking tool to protect yourself and your family. Chainanalysis + AV (KYC) + AI + transparent blockchain means ultimate control.
The enemy is too well funded and not fighting fair. The Judge was clearly biased in the TC case. The newly appointed SW Judge had a reputation of giving hard sentences. The normie Jury coupled with biased Judge, equals conviction.
