Food Forest Harvest: Peaches All three peach trees in the food forest had good fruit sets this year but the latest tree was loaded. I wanted to see what happened if I didn't thin the fruit out. Some branches broke from the all all the fruit but they won't be missed in the long run. Picking about 20 or so peaches a day until they are all picked. That way if the mold sets in I will still have plenty of peaches already even if they have to ripen off the tree.
