Hi!, This method has been tested, yes! 1 Tablespoon Dehydrated Lime per quart of water. Solution will settle to bottom so don't let that alarm you. Just wash eggs before " using" to rinse the lime off. We actually pull our eggs from the solution and keep about 2 dozen in fridge at all times. Be careful in stacking eggs, don't want any cracks, and of course as I'm sure you already know, always cracks fresh eggs in separate bowl before adding to recipe. Lol Hope this helps!

I’ve met many people that are “thinking of trying lime eggs” or making “look at this thing I just started” posts but not anybody actively doing it. Mind mentioning where you source your lime?
