Describe taste! Looks good to me. I see it's a buckwheat flour, water, salt, and fat mixture on google. And after having some buckwheat tea recently, I think it's an underrated ingredient
It's actually wheat flour, slowly roasted with lard. Served with fried lard bits on top.
All good so far.
But served with warm milk was odd. I questioned the milk and apparently it can also be served in black coffee π€£
Flavour is like a sauce thickening base with strong flavour of lard. The locals love it because it reminds them of their childhood
