BTW -- you can only "spend" small amounts in USDT on Rizful. You can't deposit, you can't "hold" USDT, etc. Rationale is something like: "if you're going to withdraw, and you're about to have to give money to Binance anyway to convert this Lightning withdrawal to to USDT, then sure, if it's a small amount, you can do it here, instead, after you look at our big fat warning about why USDT sucks." But overall, your comments/concerns definitely have merit.
