Since when does a nominated presidential candidate dropout of the race via a Xitter statement not on offical letterhead and with his old signature, with no video or press conference? Biden didn’t know he was getting rolled and will be forced to take the deal (money & pardons) because the news cycle has already solidified before his demented old arse could act to halt it.
