You can just ferment grapes & make wine! This is the place I go 
They have everything for the home fermenter - at an extremely reasonable price & the guys that work the counter are full of advice.

This year I am making a Vincent & Old Vine Zinfandel. The Vincent is their grapes, the Zin is CA grapes - they carry buckets for the CA stuff & have the others on tap as you can see in pics.
