there should be a reason given in the app review area. usually they cite a portion of the App Review Guidelines
I’ve been waiting 5 days for an answer on IF I’m even allowed to have a developer account..
Apple is not for Freedom, don't waste your valuable energy on it!
Google and Apple have so many incredible hurdles to get through just to publish an app. It's wild.

Came here to say this. Apple doesn’t just reject an app without reason lol. They tell you what needs changed for resubmission.
