Just out of curiosity, I'm out of my depth here, would the 'normie' phone, even have to be a phone?
I assume there must be a device that can connect a 'normie' sim and just sit at home, or just an old phone I guess?

Yeah, I already have the phone (with all my normie apps) setup. But for day to day operations, I would like to use something more private - while the network provider assumes I'm at home being a compliant citizen.
