just spitballin but isnt that difference more about humans being able to use fire to cook food. cooking is essentially predigestion so you don’t necessarily need the same microbiome to break down plant matter

Very interesting! I wasn't are humans can't digest fiber in raw plants. What about prepared, like cooked, steamed or roasted?
Doesn't matter, cooking doesn't break down fiber unless you light it on fire. But then you're eating char.
Dr what do you think of Bryan Johnson's blueprint? Why is he eating and recommending a ton of cruciferous, what is the trick?
