Not all mouse poisons are created equal. Some need three feedings over three days. Some mice have built up immunity. I bought some cheap and small live traps for red squirrels and chipmunks but they work amazing for mice. I just put a couple peanuts in them and leave them outside along a wall. I still have poison and mouse traps inside though. I think everything is under control now compared to when we moved in earlier this year.
