Actually, many solutions exist that are reasonable useable for nostr. Bitcoin has a different set of desirable properties for quantum signatures, and that makes it quite tricky to solve optimally.

Nostr can tolerate forked identities…eventually people will recognize the real Nostr pubkey holder.
But bitcoin can’t tolerate uncertainty of ownership. Bad cryptography is like paying your attacker to destroy you — a misalignment of incentives to the extreme.
