Please explain the difference. In both cases there is a part that speak, and the other that listen. It's the same thing. Practical example: someone that publicly say that kids of a specific ethnic, or with some specific hair color, are dumb and will fail miserably in life. To make the example more vivid, think that this person is said that in front of your kid, that matches the definition.

They should be able to say that. And if they say that in front of my kid I can just leave.
