Those are the outbox relays of the people you follow. You are connecting to them to build your follow feed. You can override it by adding a proxy relay in your settings, something like filter.nostr.wine or nostr.land . I haven't done that so I'm not sure how they compare. Long press the zap button to bring up those settings.
