idk where it crept in but the God vs god way of writing what i'm very sure the latter are literal humans. the south american name of cacao is an example. which "gods" were they talking about? pretty sure they were "angels" of the fallen variety. i doubt you will ever look into it but it is clear as day to me, reading genesis that angels "looked like" and that was because they *were* a type of human. substantially different phenotype, elongated heads, tall, pale skin, red/blonde hair, blue/green eyes. thus why the hebrews called them "elohim" - which means the bright ones. also, the word for archangel, a general of a legion of angels, is Morning Star and go read the last verses of Revelation to see that the voice of Jesus is right there claiming to be the most senior of the archangels. but i must be taking this out of context since that's against all catholic and protestant doctrines, even though it literally says that the fallen angels made freak giant children when they raped human women.
