Ofc if you're young, your physical abilities are better than when you're older. But that doesn't mean suddenly when you reach your 30s, 40s, 50s suddenly your physical will come crashing down. If anything, if from a young age we trained properly, it will translate well into our older age so that we don't easily fatigue when doing physical activities. That's all that I'm saying And even in your original vid, you see LeBron going toe to toe with younger athletes. 🤷‍♂️
