If I understand correctly Keet.io uses ID's but no server and SimpleX runs on servers but has no ID's. Which is best???

This one looks good. Being serverless is a basic feature in a chat app. Metadata is more than enough to cheat your data. Federated server always end up lying. Keet is open source ?
