Ok, so apparently I just needed to clear cache, log back in into the account itself for the extension to work again on Firefox desktop.
So it's ok now.
I haven't had a chance to test it on Android FF browser yet cuz I don't have wifi at home & my tablet can only connect to the internet via wifi.
