It’s the frequencies of light emitted, as opposed to LED which are more limited to a blue light

If only there was a way to recreate/build-at-hone the incandescent light bulb
Incandescents are better

You will need 15x NIRA A19 bulbs = $450 or 27x NIRA BR30 bulbs = $810 to match the INFRARED output of 1x 60W Incandescent bulb (or Halogen) that costs $5 My other concerns would be Dirty electricity since they're energy efficient. image View quoted note →

Here's why

The only reasonably BIO-COMPATIBLE light at night is the light from THERMAL SOURCES with a lot of INFRARED. Fire, Candles, Incandescent, Halogen. Light made by HEAT, Not Electronics. Light that follows BLACKBODY RADIATION. Blackbody physics is the foundation of how Natural light works. The Sun is basically a giant blackbody radiator. It emits a continuous, smooth spectrum of light. Incandescent bulbs mimic this. Their filament’s heat causes it to emit light through blackbody radiation which produces a broad & continuous spectrum. Life evolved under blackbody spectra. LEDs on the other hand are just a hack. They use fancy tricks to fake what incandescents do naturally. image View quoted note →
